Fees & Passes RMNP

Following are the Rocky Mountain National Park fees:

Automobile Pass – $20
Good for 7 consecutive days.

Pedestrian, Bike, Motorcycle Pass: $10 per person
Good for 7 consecutive days.

Annual Pass – Rocky Mountain National Park – $40
Good for one year, unlimited entry.

Annual Pass – All National Parks – $80
Good for one year, access to all US National Parks and federal recreational lands.

Lifetime Pass – All National Parks – Senior Citizens – $10
Good for a lifetime, available to all U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are 62 years or older.

Lifetime Pass – All National Parks – Disabled Citizens – FREE
Good for a lifetime, available to all U.S. citizens or permanent residents who have a permanent disability.

The free days at Rocky Mountain National Park in 2012 will include:

January 14-16, 2013 (In Honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend)
April 21-29, 2013 (Celebrating National Park Week)
June 9, 2013 (Honoring Get Outdoors Day)
September 29, 2013 (In Observance of Public Lands Day)
November 10-12, 2013 (In Honor of Veterans Day weekend)

Camping Reservations –  Price Varies
At the five drive-in campground sites inside Rocky Mountain National Park, the fees vary, from $3 per person (per night) at the Group Camping sites to $20 per site (per night) at the following campgrounds:  Timber Creek Campground, Moraine Park Campground, Longs Peak Campground, Glacier Basin Campground, and Aspenglen Campground.

Backcountry Camping – $20 per permit
This administrative fee for a backcountry permit applies to one of the 200 backcountry campsites inside Rocky Mountain National Park.

Trail Ridge Road Tour – $25 per person (youth $12)
This 5-hour interpretive tour of Trail Ridge Road leaves the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center at 10:00 a.m. and returns at 3:00 pm. The tour runs on select days in the summer. Call 970-577-7477 for more information and to make a reservation.
